If you, as a vendor, are unable to attend both days- no problem. You can set up either day- a table will be reserved for you for when you do come.
The registration fee is still the same.

Moscow Food co-op has confirmed they will be hosting the kitchen. They will be setting up demonstrations and having nutritional recipes available. They are still in the planning stages of this. I am very excited that they have decided to partner ! This should be a fun filled, informative and healing 2 days!

The 3 rooms in the building are equipped with electricity. No charge to use.
There is RV parking on the grounds- the charge is 15.00 per a night. No water. I am trying to talk them into turning on the water for that weekend. The charge would be 20.00 night if I am successful. Will keep you posted.
Registration forms need to be in by August first, 2012 in order to have your business advertised- deadlines with newspapers, radio, etc.
You can register later than that, however, you may not have your business advertised- I will try my best to feature all advertiseres, regardless of the deadline

Alternative Health Expo
Latah County Fairgrounds
October 27th and 28th , 2012 9am to 6 pm both days (Saturday and Sunday)
Cost is 120.00 for first table (30inch by 6 feet) – 50.00 extra for additional tables-for entire weekend- Tables and chairs provided – Programs with vendors listed will be given away at Expo. Advertising will be in local papers and radio stations.
The middle room of the expo will be set up for demonstrations, talks, workshops- Projector and screen available. There will also be a sound system set up, along with chairs for audience. If you are interested in utilizing this, please indicate on the registration form.
The goal of the expo is to educate the general public on the benefits of alternative therapies for common health conditions such as stress management, pain control and depression to name a few.
